Awesome service!

<p>I had a break down on the morning of 26/05/17. I called in to Dial Direct & was assisted by Tebogo (hope I got the name right lol) who was polite, patient & professional in assisting me. She advised of the steps to follow, which tow truck company would assist, the drivers name & took into account my request for a flat bed & everything happened the way she had advised. Tebogo even followed up again to confirm if the tow truck had arrived to collect me.</p> <p>This was such an amazing person to deal with, service was fantastic & I would definately tell friends & family that Dial Direct is the best & they should join.</p>
