Astronomical & unjustified 110% premium increase!

Please advise, is it acceptable or ethical for Dial Direct to send me an email out of the blue on 8/3/2016 stating my premium is to more than DOUBLE / Increase by 110% (with less than a month's notice) since it was last reviewed on 16 September 2015? (My premium went from R414 to R868). I complained and they dropped it to R795.75 - STILL RIDICULOUS and UNACCEPTABLE!<br> <br> I have left numerous messages for a Manager (Louis) and he does NOT come back to me. My inflated and unacceptable April premium of almost R800 has just been deducted from my account, yet I have spent 3 weeks waiting on some type of justification and response from Dial Direct to no avail.<br> <br> I cannot believe that this is allowed. NOTHING has changed and this increase comes without warning.. My work increase of 4.5% does not even cover this massive insurance hike. <br> <br>
