Assisted with complaint and issue

I had a very bad experience with Dial Direct and Telesure. Rocco Van Heerden assisted me to sort out my vehicle. He communicated with me and followed up where necessary. The thing that stood out the most was the sincerity and understanding that he showed. He handled my query with professionalism. He did not take the complaint personal, he rather focused on getting the vehicle repaired and keeping the client happy. I really do appreciate it. If there can only be more people like him.
