Assisted in giving me a better premium

I phoned the Insurance Company just to discover to my dismay that my car was not insured any longer because it was removed from the Policy. I then asked them to insure it immediately and the premium quoted was ridiculously high. I accepted it as it was late in the day and did not have sufficient time to phone other Insurers to see if I could get a lower premium. However I did mention that I will definitely be looking around for a cheaper premium with the same benefits. After much words I was put through to the Retention dept to see if they could reduce my premiums.Kyle Snyman answered my call who was very warm and helpful and provided me some valuable input and was able to reduce my premium with the same benefits. Thanks Kyle it was much appreciated as every saving counts.
