Assessor damaged car and is avoiding fixing it

My car was in an accident in December 2017. After being repaired there was a new dent that caused by the insurance assessors (based on before and after pictures). I have phoned dialdirect a number of times about this issue but nobody ever gets back to me. I tried numerous times to contact the assessor directly with no success. I bought a new car after the accident and I want to sell the current car, but I cannot because the dent has not been fixed. This has so far cost me R4800 on insurance for a car I don't even need. The car has not been used a single time in 6 months. I have always had good service from dialdirect but this is unacceptable.

Hi Louis. I have now sold the car and cancelled the insurance on it. I still have the insurance on my new car but I will be closing it if I don't get movement on this. This has cost me quite a bit and I feel the least Dial direct could do is refund the insurance during the period I could not sell it. I can provide proof it was not driven.
