Ask once

I recently (March 2022) received an updated policy schedule for value added option on the car that was written off and settled by Dialdirect in Aug 2021. After not getting joy when I called to ask why I was still charged for the car that has been settled, I wrote to complaints department. Within few (3) days, I received an emailing saying that I will be refunded. This was unexpected as I anticipated back and forth calls or emails to resolve this issue. Thank Dialdirect.
