Arrogant Phumzile from Dial Direct

At around 08:26 today I called Dial Direct because I had a home emergency but only to find that I was through to the road assist line. So Phumzile (the arrogant rude girl) persistently wanted my ID/policy number when I had told her more than 3x that I needed to be put through the home assist line. She then started shouting at me and kept asking for my details. I asked her not to shout at me and that all I need is to be put though the home assist line. Because, in any case she was not going to help me in any way. Nowadays a lot of companies hire ******* people on the assist lines and Phumzile is one of them no morals whatsoever.
