Appalling Service im disgusted

Had car accident 22nd December car was not drivable and i had the car for only 10months. I was promised for the 3rd time the car would be ready 14th Feb. Upon vehicle collection the car wasnt 100% fixed, it felt unstable on the road. Today i returned the car, 70% of the things i complained about still not fixed and im told to collect my vehicle.

I have to keep wasting my time and petrol to drop off this vehicle again when parts are available. How do u even say that the car is ready whereas its not.
