Appalling service.

Dialdirect has shocked me with their annual increase on premiums by about 35% in less than a year of having both my cars added to the policy. I do feel they lure people by giving them lower premiums only to excessively increase them in few months with no trigger / change of risk profile / claims. I understand things increase with inflation but the car value - sum insured also depreciate in value. Their pricing model are ridiculous and make no sense. and I am taking my business elsewhere.
