Ambushed client.
Since I requested my provincial location to be changed in June after my relocation it took them 3 months 2 weeks to get everything right. Recently they've refused to pay my monthly pay back raising a 28 days rule that I was never told about from the inception of my cover.

The last person I spoke to on Friday day the 16/10/2020 gave me the attitude and told me that her managers did not want to hear anything from me I should just know that I will not be paid the pay back for September month because of the 28 days rule.
The same alleged rule she was unable to explain how it works.
