Always a premium problem!!!!!!!!!!
Firstly yes - I phone to drop my yearly (every year) increase on premium of 30% plus. Questions:
How can you increase my home contents with more that 40%? Same issue every year by trying to increase full premium with 30%?
Who increase anything by so much, please do not respond that I claimed, what else is an insurance for.
This Home Contents increase is what is impacting my overall installment.... This is not right.
You need to amend this, how is it right to use increase of 30% or 40%?
