ALL of my 5 Stars goes personally to Palesa - Dialdirect and I will make them countless if I could. If we could have 2 or 3 Palesas the world is going to be a better place. What I have lost trying to get resolution is nothing to the service I got from her. She had to put herself in my shoes and did ALL in her power to help. Follow up calls were her thing. Bravo Palesa.
