Agent was exceptionally proficient in handling the call. She tried her utmost to provide me with the best rate she could but was limited with the packages available. Her rapport building was on point with her really creating a fami**** relationship. She was efficient, proactive and show cased the company in a very positive light. I might have not taken the policy now, but will most definitely be giving the company a call to review the policy in the new year and this was purely based on her performance.
