After a year no claims 25% increase???
Okay so I have been with Dial Direct a year now and made no claims. Now they send me a policy review and have increased my policy by 25%. This is ridiculous. Nah, is there still any insurance company you can trust or rely on. Everyone is so money greedy and I suppose COVID will be their excuse. I am cancelling.
