additional deduction without my consent
I learned today that I have TYRE AND RIM GUARD protection for R49 pm! This product was activated in December 2014. I phoned Dial Direct today to find out who activated this product for me. Someone signed me up for this product and received commission on this sale. This was done without my consent! <br> The call centre agent wanted to put me through to the cancellation department for me to cancel this additional policy! But that is not the point! Someone benefitted out of this deal by simply signing me up for something without my consent!!! This is WRONG!<br> Please sort this out!<br>
