Accusations
I signed up for an insurance with Dialdirect and as per the terms and conditions I was required to take my car for assessment. Been a good listener I did take my car to glassfit in hatfield in Pta. Few months later I had an accident and my claim was rejected because I was accused of not doing the assessment on the vehicle. To my surprise Dialdirect also accused me of not having insurance on my other vehicle which is not insurances with them. Luckily I have proof that I did the assessment and I have sent it through to them. No everyone out there is ******** and they even claimed that they tried to call me to tell me that my claim was rejected. This is all lies and I don't appreciate the way I was treated especially when I was accused of not doing the assessment. I AM SAYING I did the assessment and I have proof. Shame on Dialdirect for spoiling my day and shame on you Dialdirect for not getting back to me to advise me regarding my claim.
