A Pleasant Surprise!

I telephoned Dialdirect to review my vehicle insurance cover with regards to the annual cover (as it was due to increase). Sechaba was extremely efficient with reviewing my policy and my requirements. The whole way through he was very chatty and friendly and made me feel like he was so pleased I had telephoned him! Not only did Sechaba reduce my premium from the new annual increase, but he reduced it even more than what I am currently paying - with everything else going up and and having to tighten the purse strings - this truly made my day - thank you Sechaba once again!
