Called insurance company as i had received an email stating that my insurance will increase, this gettlement took time to explain reosons for increase and because i have been a loyal costomer and had never claimed with the company, he went and ask supervisor to see if they can reduce my insurance premium, he came back with even better amount even less than what i was paying for and he explained other benefits that when i will get cash back how much will it be.
