8 months - still no car - paid access - still car can not be release
8 Months and still no car. - Trident Middelburg did cause a second accident to my car on the day of release. Was never reported to the police. I phoned Dialdirect and they still can not assist. My car was correct only to find it damaged again.
Assessors keep saying same stories. DialDirect does not give answers.
Panel beaters do not want to release my car even if I did pay yesterday R7700 +.
Dialdirect is not doing their part. Even wants me to release the car without holding people accountable for the damage and delay.
Ombudsman I may come to you tomorrow.

20 Nov 2019, 21:49An update to everyone I send the link to Apparently nothing will happen to Trident Panel Beaters in Middelburg for causing me more damage over 3 months. Will def cancel my policy tomorrow after I take the car with or without signing the document.
Anyone else who has the same problem, don't bother calling your insurance company. They advised me incorrectly from the start.
