6 Months!! And nothing gets Resolved!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVES EVER!!!!!!!

I have submitted my claim on the 4th of October 2022 and it has only been a struggle from the get go. I got hid by a car and the impact pushed me into the bakkie in front of me. Had to take the car back again to get fixed again. We are getting no answers. We are asking questions, asking for a response and nothing, just NOTHING from no one. The service is absolutely PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!

O and might I add that this has been going on for almost 6 months now. Worst customer serves EVER!!!!!!!
