i am writing this review on behalf of my father Mr. H Mboqe who had a car insurance cover with dialdirect for a few months if not a year. my father took the insurance cause of the affordable price and thought it included motor mechanical cover, he contact the insurance was told that some parts of the car are not covered and he would need to pay out of pocket. He than decided to end the contract and called them and told them he is not happy and wants to cancel, he was told that it would be cancelled but to his surprise every month dialdirect keeps debiting his bank account and using different reference numbers, he has reported this to his bank and the bank said they can stop it but the keep changing the ref number for the debit order. This has become such an inconvenience and headache for my father as he has been reversing these debit orders and always been charged by the bank and his petrol money to always travelling to the car. dialdirect stop terrorizing member's who have cancelled the insurance if you guys can not offer better service than leave people alone. i will not stop complaining until someone at the top makes sure this nonsense and disgusting behavior is stopped
