48.5% Increase even with no claim! Ridiculous!
I insured my new vehicle last year with Dial direct, and was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable insurance, only to receive my increase letter today with a whopping 65% increase. When calling the call centre, all they did was say they best they could do was 48.5% . No claims were made at all to justify this. I can understand cost of things go up. You are about to lose a Client for Good! Beware the affordable pricing, its all lies.

There is various factors that will determine your annual increase such as the projected rise in cost of the replacement and repairs to vehicles to worldwide financial conditions and the performance of our currency against global markets.
You were in contact with our Customer Care Department where they were able to allocate a slight discount to the increase.
