4 Days without Reply

No Reply! 2 weeks and nothing is happening, got an agent and then email saying she is on leave, 2 days later I phone and only then they give me a new agent... I send all the info through, just to get my original agent back a day later. have to send everything again.. its been 4 days of calling everyday and nothing is happening.. They call back, only once, at a time I said I cannot take a call and no emails have been sent to update or support the missed calls..
