3rd party claim
Had an appalling experience with them.had an accident(other drivers fault)May 24 2024 long story short I was told to give them 3rd party details which l did then it will be reffered to ther legal dept and then I was told I must contact the other party to resolve my claim. I'm struggling to do that as the truck driver and truck is from Zimbabwe I'm sitting with a damaged vehicle and unable to drive it..the inconvenience that this has caused in my life yoh.
