3rd Party accident caused by your client but 3rd party is not being helped!

I would like to express my deep concern for the poor service we are receiving as a 3rd Party claiming for damages incurred, from an accident caused by your client. This is quite alarming because I'm pretty sure your client pays her premium for these specific reasons.

I don't know who is giving us the run around, but I am definitely not pleased with this atrocious service.

According to your client, as seen below, confirmed in chats, you are waiting to speak to me, and we should not be engaging. This is strange bacause I spoke to someone yesterday whose line was so bad I could not even get his name.

Your calls are recorded so please go back to the 19th March 2025, at about 1PM on line +*** who spoke to me on +*** for approximately 9 minutes, advising that this matter will not be resolved until you speak to your client to confirm a few things and also that we now need to do a run around for footage to prove that we were knocked into.

This is all after we have to use our airtime, minutes or data to contact YOUR company who have already breached an SLA of 30 working days to provide us with details of the at the time pending claim. Not only is this vehicle getting worse, but we now have to fork out additional funds to commute while we await feedback.

Your standard of service to an outsider is very low and I will definitely never recommend your company to anyone. I am confused as to why this has taken this long. According to SAPS the footage should have been requested from the insurance in the first place. I was called to confirm details and I advised of exactly where it had taken place and yet, here we are, fighting to be compensated for damages on the vehicle.

According to your personal insurance book: If the regular driver is legally liable for an accident that caused damage to another party’s property, we will indemnify the party on your behalf for damages, costs and expenses. The accident must have been caused by or be in connection with: the vehicle on the policy.

We have still not heard back despite me asking the gentlemen twice, to send an email with the details provided in the call as proof. Your client had not denied that she was in the wrong so what is the issue and why does it take this long to investigate.

I would like this email acknowledged as soon as possible as well as written feedback given your client advised you had spoken to her yesterday.

My husband once again calls in and the consultant, sebezile, who is supposedly dealing with this claim is constantly unavailable. He then spoke to Mbali who was not very clued up about the process but advised that you guys actually have a quote now which was done online mind you and have come to a conclusion that you will only pay for 60% of damages because we were also at fault.

I want to know if whoever assessed the claim has license because as far as I know if I'm in the left lane not going anywhere and your client came over from my right and was right next to me, trying to interject, then she is in the wrong.

Your team did not even have the decency to call nor to ask for the car to be taken in for an actual assessment. Accordin to Mbali, on yesterday's call with my husband, that the manager is displeased with the amount the damage has come to and the manager requested for a reassessment to be done.

How funny that after I complained here we get a quote of 16000ZAR and only 60% of this amount actually will be paid. I know this damage is not that little but your internet bumps out generic quotes at minimal costing to save your pocket.

We were not even afforded the opportunity to get quotes of our own. I need to understand the process and how you guys came up with this amount. This is a red mercedes and is dented and scratched to the metal!!!!
