38% INCREASE!!!!!
How do you justify a 38% increase in policy premium?????? My monthly debit order went off this morning and instead of R883 I see R1231.37 This is completely and totally unacceptable. I have received NO notification of any increases from DialDirect. I expect a call back ASAP, as I am in the process of sourcing new insurance.
