3 Months of Failed Promises

I took out an insurance for my vehicle with Dialdirect and an important part of the conversation with the salesperson was the bonus payout for no claim, which if I recalled as per the conversation was 2 years.<br> <br> When I received my documents it said the bonus payout was after 4 years.<br> <br> I called and spoke to the Sales Manager Tumelo Mokosi who advised me he listened to the call and the sales person advised me 4 years. I wanted to also listen to the call and he said he would send it to me. I called four times after and still he kept promising and not sending it through.<br> <br> It was as if he just didn't care now that he had my business.<br> <br> This is really a bad reflection on Dialdirect and I hope all who read this stay way from them.<br>
