3 months later and still nothing!
I had an accident 3 months ago. A taxi went through a red robot and T-boned me and my car was written off. I even had a traffic officer as a witness so it was pretty straight forward. Until today my insurance has been unable to even track the name of the taxi owner. However I posted one picture of the accident yesterday and a gentleman was able to provide me the taxi drivers name, ID and address - in 1 hour. My insurance has had 3MONTHS!! now that I have provided the information they want to determine who was at fault. not to mention I have not received 1 phone call updating me on the progress of my case, perhaps cause there is none.
