3 months and my accident damaged car isn't right yet.

<p>I had an accident on the 14th of May. Dial direct took 1 month to authorise the claim, an 'investigator' called for hours and looked for every single excuse not to pay, but he failed.</p> <p>They then sent my car to Renewit greenstone, it was there for over a month. Cheap **** parts were used to fix my car. My excess was inflated to almost R10000. When the car cameback,the job looked worse than a backyard Panelbeater. I contacted Renewit and they refused to give me a courtesy car while the mess was fixed. I than contacted the insurance. </p> <p>An assessor came out and agreed that the job was bad. He arranged for it to be fixed at another place and arranged a courtesy car. I was supposed to get it on Thursday, i brought my car here for 2 days and still i didn't get a notice to receive the courtesy car, i stay 50km away.</p> <p>I will not pay the deposit and all that because dial direct chose an unprofessional pathetic Panelbeater. The cost of this rectification should be paid for by renewit. Ethically they must fix their mess. They must pay the extra windscreen and tyre insurance that the rental company charges, i will not pay a cent, obviously if i cause damage to the car i will be liable. </p> <p>Please dont ever insure with Dial Direct, for a small front smash I'm fighting for months to get my car fixed. Choose an honest company. Renewit Greenstone has 100% negative reviews on Google, so dont choose them either. </p> <p>As soon as my car is fixed i will cancel all my vehicles insurance with dial direct. </p> <p>A dishonest company who use unprofessional people to get out the cheap way.</p>
