24% over charge on premium

Dial direct has decided that they will debit me R1211 over my standard R970 premium on my Hilux. I initially thought that this would be an annual increase but at 24% i highly doubt it. Undoubtedly changing to Discovery. Even with their scratch and dent policy i was denied my claim on my bumper repair. I cancelled that scratch and dent policy same day last year in September. Dismal service.
