1. I got into an accident on the 29th of August and I requested a courtesy car. I realised that it wasn’t actually included in my police then I asked for a recording where I asked for this. Since then I’ve been following up and they’ve been giving me different stories. They even said they sent the recording and each time I tell them I haven’t received it, they insist that they sent it. I always have to be following up!
