0 stars If you are looking for an short term insurer that will put your needs last, waste your time play games, use delay tactics and terribly rated repairers and only give feedback when you throw your toys then DialDirect is the one for you. 0/10 would not recommend as every claim is a fight and their corporates platitudes and lack of responsibility to treat the customer fairly only adds to the trauma you have already experienced, that caused you to lodge a claim in the first place. Even worse when you have been a loyal paying customer for years.
