The theiving DIAL n MOVE

I have used this company to move my furniture tools tables couches to Cape Town from Johannesburg They had to upload from the storage unit in Midrand.Again they were instructed to make inventory which they did but conveniently never added all the boxes and items that were on my main inventory. Of course all the We the Best in the industry was thrown around. They arrived in Cape Town with their truck ….. before doing a reconnaissance of the area and Bantry Bay they were stuck because of the size of the truck The owner then informed me that he would have to go and find someone to shuttle my stuff to me at an additional fee it had all-ready cost me R35000 now I must pay an additional R3900 to the shuttle owner.At no point did this Jan Strydom investigate the path to the house to see if it was doable. Eventually the next day my stuff arrived After checking the inventory I realised that many high value items were missing . I then approached then and then only did they admit that certain boxes were still at their warehouse in Kruger’s dorp.

Unbelievable I said to myself had I not told them I would not have seen my stuff. Then upon close inspection all my furniture that was delivered was damage by DIALNMOVE After confronting them they blamed it on the shuttle people. The delivered the odd item via the shuttle service or removers most was so damaged it had to be thrown away . After talking to the owner he just laughed it off and said no one would have taken anything …… really what a lie…. Avoid this company and it’s owner at all cost they ****s and ******* of the worst kind And will lie and ***** from you
