Refuse to provide refund and also no feedback

I had an accident last year August, I did everything including getting details of the person who hit me behind and gave it to the insurance but still today I don't get any feedback and I have since been waiting on my refund for paying for the access. I am currently still with the stupid insurance and the last time I called in for feedback was last week and some colored lady who was rude to me failed to provided me with feedback.
