I would just like to make current and potential Dial Direct clients aware that you should check your premiums regularly. The ************ behaviour of Dial Direct is shocking to say the least; and they cannot give me valid reasons why my monthly premium for my Audi A4 quattro has escalated from: R567.03 (2014) R1732.24 (2015) R 2440.85 (2016) R 2893.21 (2017).

I’ve erred in not check it every year, because since I’ve been with them they seemed to have been honest in their dealings. I had not claims during that time to warrant this excessive increases. I’ve queried it, but only got a vague, generic answer back from them (emails as proof). They cannot give me valid reasons why they increases it and even when I got a comparison quote they ironically quoted me more than a thousand less (how?.. if factors are the same).

Please be wary, they not as honest as the would pretend to be and are not willing to refund me for the blatant over charging.

I got a much better deal from Kind price and my monthly premium decreases monthly.

Please don't be fooled by their "no claim bonus"...they inflate your premiums and you could get better rates elsewhere.
