Disgusting

Nasty. Greed is so unbecoming. When the purchase of my car wavered I asked them to hold my policy. They said I had to cancel but they'd reimburse me the cancellation fee if it was "reinstated". The next day the sale finalised and yes they agreed to reimburse the cancellation fee, however insisted on recharging the initial payment PLUS doubled the overall cost of the insurance for the year., advising that it was now a new policy and there was no way they could match their previous contract. Disgusting...I was ****** of £60 in a matter of 2 days., as had to approach a different insurer to match the reasonable quote. I feel ****med.
