Dial Direct Insurance company's shockingly poor service

Shockingly poor insurance company. I've been with them for 2 years. Have never claimed. Yet I was now dumped with a 40% increase. When I call them to ask why they are increasing my premium by 40% and yet inflation is 4%, they cannot explain why. They then promise to find out and call me back with a better offer, they never do. Why I call back, I am told they are in meetings.....
