Debit orders keep going off after instructions to stop

<p>I have changed my insurance company to FNB insurance from dial direct insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>I signed a letter appointing fnb to take over all my insurance and cancel all my dial direct insurance policies.</p> <p>This instruction was sent to dial direct on 02/09/2016 </p> <p> </p> <p>FNB has made numerous atempts to have these policies stoped by dial direct after realizing that dial direct has not done so.</p> <p> </p> <p>My policy numbers are: ********** 30 and ********** 41</p> <p>My broker at FNB that will asist in this matter is Jurgens Truter ********** 007</p>
