Absolutely disgusting

I am a 61-year-old lady and I got a quote online on Wednesday night I proceeded with the first payment £28.28 and when the documents came through the following day by email it stated that a courtesy car was not included I called this morning at 11:50 AM Friday to cancel the policy which was not due to start until the 23rd of May 2018 and I was told that I had to pay additional payment making the total £38 for my trouble. Absolutely disgusting and so is the customer services. Avoid this company before you are faced with a situation. I am so pleased I called to cancel but angry that I have had to pay £38 for absolutely nothing.
