CLIENT IS NEVER RIGHT & BAD CLIENT SERVICE

<p>On Tuesday 25 April 2017, I requested a quotation from the firm named Dial a Truck, a lady by the name Nontokozo assisted me with a quotation. I accepted the quotation, she did not explain to me what the deposit required entitled and/or what it was to be held for. Me being in a rush to arrange a move and I was travelling from Port Elizabeth from a family funeral I did not have the time to ask questions and require any further information, Nontokozo rushed to complete the application as she insisted on the terms and conditions to be signed asap. </p> <p> </p> <p>During our telephonic conversations and email correspondence did she not mention the terms of the refund on my deposit, the terms and conditions I signed only stated that they will refund the deposit between 5-10 working days, Nontokozo did not advise that they only refund the on Fridays and that it will only clear in my bank account the following week due to weekends.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted the refund department and spoke to a lady by the name of Emily who advised me that they only refund on Fridays. This information was a first for me as I was not advised of this "policy" as it was never highlighted to me during the application. I requested to speak to a manager or higher person in the company, first Emily refused to give me information of the manager and after fighting and insisting I was put through to a lady by the name Laura. </p> <p> </p> <p>Laura came across as rude and had the attitude of the client is never right. I tried to explain to Laura in every possible way my problem and she still did not understand me. According to Laura there was no person working on Friday and therefore my account was not processed and therefore no work was done. </p> <p> </p> <p>I requested her to advise me when my refund will be made and with 100% cer*****y in the terms and conditions I was provided with it stated that the refunds will be processed on Fridays only, which is a LIE as my terms and conditions I signed do not stipulate refunds will be processed on Fridays only.</p> <p> </p> <p>This trucking company is *********** and their staff are uninformed and unprofessional. I will never in my life make use of them ever again nor will I ever refer them to anyone. </p> <p> </p>
