Bad Service & Communication

Hi Jimson As discussed this morning regarding the total mess regarding the service I received from you. As mentioned the truck only arrived after 11am, I was promised the truck would be there at 8am, This left me no choice to go rent a 4m trailer to start moving my house, This amounted to R1320.00. After trying to get hold of Dial a truck in the morning, you only responded around 9.30am after numerous WhatsApp messages and phone calls, neither did your 0800 number work. I refuse to pay any overtime or for the labour you supp**** and request my R2000.00 deposit back. I was recommended by a friend to use your services and only to be disappointed, if only proper communication from the start of the morning was communicated to me could have eased the stress that you created, I had to pay 5 of my own staff for a full day + overtime because of your incompetence. I regard the email as urgent and request my Deposit to be paid back ASAP to avoid any unnecessary attention.
