Not happy with the service

I booked a picnic of R2500-00 for 15/02/2015. Everything went fine except for the fact that if I do not contact Shannon she does not update/contact me. I had to call her constantly to find out if everything was ok for the day and how it works etc. When we got there it looked very pretty, exactly what I expected, the food was nice and so forth, however she forgot the most crucial piece of the picnic, the tin with chocolates with our names engraved on the tin! I was not happy but accepted her apology. She promised to deliver it to me within a week. Up to now I have not received it, and I have not received my deposit back. In addition I am still waiting for my photo which as per the adverti*****t will sent to me in a \beautiful frame.
