Disappointed by the overall set-up and service

I had an event for 120 people and was very disappointed by the service from Dial-a-picnic Alberton as what is shown on the website to what is actually offered is totally different. The set-up was awful, below par, like you just throw a few continental pillows on the ground. There was just no effort and for the cost I don't think it justified what I paid to what I received. The food was okay, not bad, but also when you consider the cost implications of what was paid to what was received I do not think it was worth it. 😞
