Awful and tacky set up

I arranged for a picnic in Durban and was absolutely shocked by the service provided. The picnic was set up in the worst location of the park, it was waterlogged with no scenery. I paid more for chairs and tables but none of them matched, there were a few plastics chairs without chair backs and some camping chairs. The glasses and plates weren't uniform, only side plates were provided and the table cloths were dirty. In addition, the colour scheme they provided was not adhered to and had 4 shades of blue, cream, white, silver and gold. I was told a floral display will e included byt found a cheap,tacky plastic flower. They did not provide mats or blankets but set up table cloths on the floor to sit on instead. It was an overall poor quality job thrown together with no effort.
