No work Done yet they want payment

Dear Hello Peter! I was based in pmb for a number of years and used dial a **** with no issues. I have since moved to Gauteng and thought i could use them again. I called their gauteng branch and they said they would send someone to clean and no one arrived( This is in feb) . Fast track to october they want to bill me for the work they have never done? I have since used sweep south and they provide excellent services
