TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! On Tuesday 31 May 2022, Marius from Dial a Gate came to my new house and quoted me on 2 sliding security gates and 3 door security gates. He said it would take approximately 2 weeks to complete the work. I told him that I was in a hurry to get it done as we are 3 women living alone in the house.

On 2 June 2022 I paid him an amount of R9 660.00 as a deposit to buy the steel as he requested. On 20 June 2022 I followed up on the gates and he barely responded. On 28 June I followed up again and he said he was waiting for suppliers. On 12 July 2022 I followed up again and he still didn’t answer me. When I phone him, he doesn’t answer the phone.
