Dial-A-Gate Frausters operating from Boksburg

I would not recommend Dial A Gate to anybody. I placed my order on 6 June 2022 and paid a 70% deposit for a simple gate to be installed. The owner then said my gate will be installed in 8 days. Never heard from him. I eventually called and said he cant talk as he is sick, he then commited via watsapp that it will be done in 10 days... still nothing. No contact until i enquired again. He then said 2 weeks time. Still nothing. I then requested for my deposit back as he had failed to deliver on an agreement. He point blank refused, my partner called thereafter called him to sort things out and he became rude and started swearing saying his got other jobs and he cannot confirm when the job will done. Refused to return my deposit despite me saying he failed to provide the said service. Absolutely despicable service, do not use Dial a Gate. I will be taking this matter further formally. Its over 1 month and they have not installed my gate but worse then then was the customer service and lack of professionalism.
