UNRELIABLE

I needed a contractor for my kitchen and I had Mr Vally come through and what an attitude !I asked him to be patient from the beginning as I was awaiting an insurence Payout and he was at liberty to refuse to give me a quote .He insisted on coming through at a time I was not available and when I gave him a time to come through he confirmed and than did not pitch for the appointment even though I had kept that time aside for him .The business dial-a-contractor is not reliable and if you have a bad experience with one contractor through no fault of your own they instruct the rest of the contractors not to do business with you .I spoke to Jane at the above business and I would have thought that with the current economic climate that they would be more prudent in their dealings with clients .
