Saving Grace

After the harrowing experience of being deserted by our previous builders halfway through the work, we contacted Jane in our time of desperation. Jane was professional, reliable and had a quick turnaround time.

She recommended Sam and advised us that it is not good enough just to select a good builder but that we mustnt pay large deposits. She suggested we make progress payments as each section of work is completed. I wish I had spoken to her earlier!

As a result the work was of high quality and the work was finished in the time frame agreed on. We had our ups and downs and small fights (diasgreements) but in the end we would not hesitate to recommend his (Sams) building, tiling and plumbing services.
