don't use dial a contractor, they don't check their contractors, big issues

dial a contractor obviously does not vet the contractors and do not help resolving issues. I have an ongoing issue since 2017 and dial a contractor have still done nothing to resolve the matter. they also do not follow up on issues on the follow up mails.
